With continual expansion over the past several years, Chuan Lih Fa Machinery Works Co., Ltd., founded in 1966, is evolving into a leading supplier of a wide range of high-speed injection-molding machines, multi-resin/color injection-molding machines, vertical injection-molding machines, and mold-spotting presses.
Lin Jung-teng, the company president, attributes the sustainable development of the firm to its long-term adherence to the motto "advanced technology, top quality and honest management."
This 3,500-ton plastic injection-molding machine is tested three days non-stop before delivery.
Having stayed loyal to the above policy, the company rigorously improves design, upgrades quality, and does all it can to meet increasingly demanding requirements. Despite the hard work, the ISO901-certification, CE-certification, and awards received for good product design over the past few years prove that its quest to offer total satisfaction to clients is paying off.
Originally a modest firm of just five members, after a series of expansions over the years, Chuan Lih Fa now has employs over 200 staffers in Taiwan, plus more than 250 workers in two factories in China, with one plant in the Shanghai Municipality and the other in Zhongshan, Guangdong Province, both of which focus on fabricating injection-molding machines rated from 100 tons to 1,380 tons.
Based in Yungkang City of Tainan County in southern Taiwan, the company runs two plants, two branches, and an R&D facility on the island. It has also established overseas branches in Hong Kong and Vietnam. Plus the company has set up service stations in major mainland cities as Zhongshan, Shenzhen, Tangxia, Changping, Huizhou, Guangzhou, Xiamen, Shanghai, Kuengshan, Suzhou, Nanjing, Yuyao, Huangian, Chongqing, Tianjin, and Guilin.
Lin says the R&D crew consists of professional engineers with years of know-how who handle the overall design and planning of new products and functions. To say rigorous quality-control is executed under the rule "manufacture with utmost attention and strictest inspection" is an understatement, as each machine undergoes 72 hours of nonstop testing before being shipped to customers worldwide. Comprehensive after-sales service is part of the company`s assurance of industry-leading customer satisfaction, Lin adds. Its major export markets include mainland China, Asia, Canada, Latin America, and the Middle East.
